Product information
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph our products. Because many Custom TBags creations are handmade, customized, vintage, thrifted, repurposed or upcycled, minor variations and characteristics may occur.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete product description, photographs, measurements, care information and applicable policies before purchasing.
Purchases
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance if an item is unavailable, a listing contains an obvious error, payment cannot be processed, fraud is suspected, or fulfillment would violate applicable law or our policies. When an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been collected, an appropriate refund will be issued.
All sales final
Except where otherwise stated or required by applicable law, Custom TBags products are sold pursuant to our All Sales Final policy. Please review all photographs, measurements, descriptions and product information carefully before purchasing.
Care
Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided by Custom TBags. Because our creations may contain delicate or decorative elements, damage resulting from machine washing, machine drying, improper cleaning, misuse, snagging or failure to follow recommended care instructions may not constitute a product defect.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Custom TBags, LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from the use, misuse, improper care or alteration of a product after purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

The Custom TBags name, original branding, logo, original photographs, advertisements, website text, product descriptions, graphics and other original Custom TBags content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, commercially used or represented as another business's work without permission, except as otherwise permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks, graphics or materials appearing as part of an upcycled product remain the property of their respective owners.
Purchasing a Custom TBags product does not transfer ownership of Custom TBags intellectual property or grant permission to commercially reproduce our photographs, advertisements or original designs.
