Every Custom TBags creation is individually designed, handcrafted and upcycled into a one-of-a-kind piece made for one owner — you.

Because our items are unique and cannot be replaced, restocked or exchanged for another identical piece, all sales are final.

We want you to absolutely love the piece you choose. Before purchasing, please take a moment to:

  • Review all photographs carefully.
  • Read the complete item description.
  • Check the listed size and the actual garment measurements.
  • Review any details regarding the item's materials, construction, upcycled nature or condition.
  • Ask us any questions you may have before purchasing.

We are happy to provide additional information when possible so that you can shop with confidence.

No returns · No exchanges · No refunds

Once an order has been purchased, we do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue refunds for change of mind, fit, color preference or other buyer-preference reasons.

Because many of our creations begin with upcycled, vintage, repurposed or previously manufactured garments and materials, minor variations or characteristics may be part of the item's history and individuality. We make every effort to photograph and describe each piece accurately.

We stand behind what we send

While all sales are final, we want your Custom TBags order to arrive as described. If you receive the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us promptly with photographs so we can review the situation and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
