Are your pieces really one of a kind?

Yes. Every piece is made once. Each one starts from a different garment and gets its own combination of embellishments, so there is exactly one of each and we can't make it again. When a piece sells, it's gone.

Are the garments new?

Some are, many aren't. We work with a mix of new, thrifted, vintage, reclaimed and repurposed garments — that's the point of upcycling. A piece may carry gentle signs of a previous life, such as slight fading or small variations in fabric or stitching. We inspect every piece and disclose anything significant in the listing.

How do I know whether it will fit?

Check the measurements, not the label. Every listing shows that specific garment's actual measurements, taken flat, in inches.

The size printed on the original label is a reference only — our pieces come from different makers, decades and styles, and sizing has never been consistent between them. A Small from one brand can fit like a Medium from another.

The most reliable method: lay out a garment you already own and love the fit of, measure it, and compare.

Can I wash them?

Not in a machine. No washer. No dryer. Rhinestones, ribbons, jewelry, fringe and painted details don't survive the tumbling, heat and detergent — and they can damage your machine on the way out.

Spot clean gently, air the piece out after wearing, and hang or store it so the embellishments aren't crushed. Full care instructions.

Do you accept returns?

No. Because every piece is one of a kind, we can't restock it, exchange it for a different size or replace it with another like it, so all sales are final.

That's exactly why we publish full measurements and multiple photographs on every listing, and why we're happy to answer questions before you buy.

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us with photographs and we'll work with you on a resolution. Full policy.

How quickly will my order ship?

Within 3 business days, via USPS. Many orders go out sooner — the window gives us time to inspect and package your piece properly. You'll get tracking once it's on its way. Full shipping policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We ship to addresses within the United States only.

Do you make custom jackets?

Yes. You supply the jacket or vest and the main pieces you want incorporated — patches, a band shirt, memorabilia, whatever the idea is — and we bring the sewing, rhinestones, painting and embellishment.

Custom work runs $20 per hour, plus materials, a $20 service fee and return shipping. A typical jacket takes 4–5 hours.

Can I send you my own jacket?

Please talk to us first. Every project has to be discussed and accepted before you ship anything — and we'll send you shipping instructions when it is.

We also recommend buying and trying on the garment before sending it, so you know the fit works before we start.

Once you approve the design, the work is permanent and can't be undone, so please don't send heirloom or irreplaceable items. How custom creations work.
